Flat circular face burnishing tools are used to achieve low surface finish on the flat circular faces of machined components. Normally face sealing applications require lower surface finish on the mating faces. Multi roller type face burnishing tools are used for this applications. Since the application requirements vary there are no standard tools available. Tools designs are customized as per the part sketch.
